Disappointment
"I ordered a pair of crocodile embossed leather foldable slippers. I have waited a while to finally receive an email stating that the slippers were delivered. I have checked, the package wasn’t there. First of all, these people don’t have a phone number to reach anyone. Second, I reached them via email to tell them that I didn’t get the package. The first reply I got: “the package was delivered, it is not our fault that you don’t live in a safe area” It was a back and forth conversation. The aggressiveness of that person was unbelievable. Whatever you do, don’t buy from this site, no matter what the issue is, no one will help. You pay to get disrespected. I am now $99+ short and no slippers. What a disappointment grrrrrrrr"
