Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of you placing an order. All shipping times are calculated from the time you receive your order confirmation via email. All products are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from the in-stock and processing date. 

Shipping timelines for all products are estimated and may extend past their quoted dates due to current shipping shortages.

International shipping

We are working hard to make STEEN Bamboo a fully global shipping brand. If there is a product on the website that we don't ship to your country, please contact us via our contact form via the website, and we will do our best to accommodate your shipment request.

Some countries are subject to import taxes and customs charges. These will be estimated at checkout.  

Backorders and preorders

All orders placed when the product is currently out of stock mean the product is delayed in shipment to our warehouse or some cases, still in production. ETA's of back orders and preorders are subject to change. Our team reserves the right to cancel back orders or preorders and issue a full refund until the product has reached our warehouse. Our team will notify you if you face such delays or order cancellations.
