Wish there was an additional level of absorbency
"Really like the bamboo fabric; cool and comfortable. Normally, the current level of absorbency is fine for me. (leakage <3-5ml / day). However, if I inadvertently cough or sneeze, I do need additional absorbency protection (approx 10-20ml) as the urine in my urethra and bladder is no longer contained by two valves due to RALP surgery, but just one . Unfortunately, the last drop technology construction does not contain the fluid at that point sufficiently. So, I wind up using Steen underwear with a pad once a day, just in case, which kinda defeats the purpose. I have other manufacturer's underwear which effectively absorbs this small amount of fluid from inadvertent coughing or sneezing without having to wear a pad as well. Wish that was available from Steen. As well as some other color selections. Thanks."

I ordered 3 briefs that
"I ordered 3 briefs that were offered online. There was no box to choose with fly or no fly, I assumed it was standard with fly. When I received the briefs without a fly , I sent an email about this situation. The response from Steen was that I ordered without a fly. I always purchase briefs with a fly, my choice. I then went to their online store and found out that they are out of briefs with flys until 1/15/26. Steen needs to change their ordering forms to show a choice between a fly or not a fly on the same form. I didn’t know that they made briefs without flys. I urinate standing up and not sitting down"

"At first I was going to give 5 stars. Then I found a hole in the seat area. This is the first time I wore these. I mean I just cut the tag off this morning. I would have included a photo if this would have let me. Now I have to check the other pairs I already wore."

"your add led me to understand that these would help leakage, The add was unclear in the description. I called and explind after opening the package and examining the underwear I would not be able to use them. I had not tried them on or removed the tags. I was told no return/refund if package is opened. They are very!! nice underwear, but useless for me. Make your add n more clear."
